Featuring the Wetheringsett and Wingfield organs as provided by The Early English Organ Project, Royal College of Organists. A 40-page booklet describes the history and use of these type of organs during the Reformation with both sacred and secular, choral and keyboard interpretations of music performed at the time.

Judy Martin who is probably better known with the vocal ensemble VOCES SACRAE, here directs the newly established mixed-voice choir at Worcester College. In September 2003, she takes up the post of Director of Music at Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin. The cover design is by local artist Nicholas Mynheer and was specially commissioned for the CD.
